Important Information for Nominees

Congratulations on your nomination for a 17^th Annual NAACP Theatre Award. 

The awards show celebrating “Imitation of Life"  will be held:

Monday, February 19, 2007

Directors Guild of Los Angeles

    1:00pm – 2:30pm     Technical Awards Show

(Choreography, Costumes, Lighting, Set Design & Sound)

7:00pm – 9:30pm     Performance Awards

(Producer, Playwright, Director, Director of a Musical, Music Director, Ensemble Cast, Lead Male, Lead Female, Supporting Male & Supporting Female)

Based on your nomination, you are entitled to one complimentary ticket (inclusive of all nominations).  To receive your ticket, you MUST contact our office no later than February 1, 2007 to confirm your attendance.  Additional tickets for your guests may be purchased.  To ensure that your guests sit with or near you, please purchase the tickets of your guest(s) when reserving your one complimentary ticket.  If you do not confirm your ticket by February 1, 2007, your seat will be released to the public for purchase.

Specific questions pertaining to your ticket and tickets you wish to purchase may be directed to the Beverly Hills/Hollywood NAACP Branch office at (323) 464-7616.  The office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 p.m. ; however, the Ticket Sales staff is typically on site Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Based on our records, the spelling of your name is as it is shown on the “2007 Nominees” web page.  Please carefully check your name for accuracy, for this represents how your name will be listed in the awards show program booklet.  If there are necessary corrections, please send an e-mail to Martha Pruden-Hamiter at mb3939@sbcglobal.net
